What if users had a companion while creating workbook guiding them step by step with personalized recommendations?
The platform’s breadth of features and integrations can feel overwhelming, especially for those not using it daily or lacking technical expertise. Setting up workflows, waterfalls, and automations requires a significant investment in learning and experimentation.

Why expand ZoomInfo's Co-pilot features?
Based on a strong understanding of both technology (Datapoints, Enrichments, Integrations) and user needs (Intentions, patterns, needs), the ZoomInfo's Co-pilot can deliver specific solutions instead of relying on abstract guesses. The key is to understand the user’s context and the AI’s capabilities, so that the intersection becomes a space where the AI can offer meaningful responses.
