Understanding the Target Market

Our research focused on everyday users who are comfortable with basic phone features and increasingly aware of new technologies like AI, but often struggle with more complex tasks and staying safe online.


The survey we conducted showed that these digital non-natives could handle communication and messaging well, but they needed simpler ways for complex functions like managing files, adjust settings, and protect their privacy.
